How do I cancel an order?
If you message us within 24 hours’ time after placing your order and if your order is not shipped, we can arrange to cancel the order. After the product has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel any order. However, you can communicate with the customer care department about the issue and oblige. Contact numbers and email are available. We will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours’ time.
